Fantasy Tip: Hawkins has proven to be extremely valuable in point-per-reception (PPR) leagues thanks to the volume of targets he's been getting. This trend could change if Johnny Manziel is eventually named starter or when Josh Gordon returns later on this season, but Hawkins is definitely worth starting every week in PPR scoring leagues.

Cleveland Browns CB Joe Haden needs make more big plays, according to head coach Mike Pettine. "He's played well at times, but as you can see, at some inopportune times he's not played well,'' said Pettine. "I think he'll admit that, as well. That's what we talk about. The great ones are going to make big plays when it's needed, and I think that's one area where Joe will look to improve."

Cleveland Browns RB Ben Tate may not regain his starting job when he returns from his injury because RBs Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell have performed well, according to head coach Mike Pettine. Pettine said the team is eager to have Tate back on the field.
Fantasy Tip: Tate has missed the last two games because of a knee injury but may be ready to play after the Week 4 bye. Owners will need to see how the touches will be handed out before being confident in using any of the Browns running backs, but Tate's value likely will go down if he shares work with the other running backs.

Fantasy Tip: Cameron emerged as a fantasy stud last season, but he is off to a slow start this year, partly due to the fact he has not been 100 percent healthy. He remains a Top 10 option at his position, but he needs to pick it up soon.

Fantasy Tip: Cameron ($6,900; 13.8% of your cap) has a hefty price tag on FantasyScore this week. There is rain in the forecast, and he could be utilized heavily. However, you have to weigh the cost against the potential output.

Fantasy Tip: Gordon might be a bit rusty, at least initially, but his return could be giant for fantasy owners making a run for a postseason spot. Looking ahead to the fantasy playoffs, he faces the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 15 at home before a road game against the Carolina Panthers in Week 16.

Cleveland Browns LB Barkevious Mingo (shoulder) was limited in practice Friday, Sept. 19, and is questionable for Week 3. WR Travis Benjamin (knee), DE Desmond Bryant (wrist), DT John Hughes (hamstring), P Spencer Lanning (shoulder), OL Paul McQuistan (ankle) and CB Buster Skrine (thumb) all fully practiced and are probable.

Cleveland Browns WR Josh Gordon avoided an additional two-game suspension by pleading guilty to a driving while intoxicated charge in Raleigh, N.C., Tuesday, Sept. 16. Gordon's guilty plea will not be disciplined under the new drug policy.
Fantasy Tip: Gordon should be back after he serves the final eight games of his suspension. He should help fantasy owners in the later weeks of the season.

Fantasy Tip: Gordon will be on the field this season unless he has another incident before the end of the suspension. Owners should consider keeping him on the bench if they have the room since he should help in the later weeks of the season.

Updating a previous report, Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron (shoulder) will be a game-time decision in Week 3 against the Baltimore Ravens. Head coach Mike Pettine said he was "cautiously optimistic" that Cameron would play Wednesday, Sept. 17, but offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan said Thursday, Sept. 18, that Cameron was "extremely limited" in practice.
Fantasy Tip: You'll have to wait until Sunday morning to see if Cameron is in the starting lineup. His price of $6,900 (13.8% of salary cap) is probably best to be avoided for another week.
