Fantasy Tip: It is not known if Pryor's hamstring injury limited him or if the team's quarterback situation was the reason for disappointing performance. Pryor can still be considered a No. 3 receiver or a flex option in some leagues, but his value will depend on the team's starting quarterback.

Fantasy Tip: Barnidge has still not been able find the end zone but has been posting solid numbers no matter which quarterback is throwing to him. He can be a low-end No. 1 tight end in most leagues and has more value in point-per-reception leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Crowell received the majority of the carries during the game and should continue to be main runner for the Browns moving forward. He should be considered a low-end No. 2 running back or a flex option in most leagues.

Cleveland Browns QB Kevin Hogan went 12-for-24 for 100 yards and two interceptions against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7. He also rushed for 104 yards and one touchdown on seven carries during the game.
Fantasy Tip: Hogan entered the game after Cody Kessler suffered his concussion and is a candidate to start if Kessler misses Week 8. Owners should avoid him in all leagues even if he starts next week.

Fantasy Tip: Kessler will have to pass all of the concussion tests before he is cleared to play, so there is a chance that he misses Week 8. Kevin Hogan and Josh McCown would be starting options if Kessler is ruled out, but neither player should be fantasy options.

Fantasy Tip: Kessler will miss some time if he is diagnosed with a concussion, so owners will need to monitor the situation. Hogan could take over as the starter, but Josh McCown is close to returning and probably would be a more likely option to start is healthy. Owners may want to avoid the Browns' quarterback situation at this point.

Fantasy Tip: Pryor has been dealing with a hamstring injury but likely will have a normal workload this week. He is the team's No. 1 receiver and should see a solid amount of targets. Owners in most leagues should consider Pryor as a No. 3 receiver.

Fantasy Tip: Pryor should be viewed as a WR3 or flex option if he suits up for Sunday's game but owners should monitor the inactive list and have alternate options available in case the Browns sit him out.
