Palmer said, "I've already made up my mind I'm playing. I'm going to do what I can in practice and do what they let me do, but I'm 100 percent expecting to play going into this game and planning on playing. I'll probably be limited in practice, but do what I can."

The Cincinnati Bengals announced the NFL has granted the team a one-week roster exemption for WR Chris Henry, who has completed a four-game league suspension. Henry will be able to participate in all team activities until Monday, Oct. 6, without counting against the team's roster limit. The team would need to open a spot on the 53-player roster for Henry to play Week 5.
