Chicago Bears RB Matt Forte is entering the final year of his current contract, according to Spotrac.com. Forte turns 30 years old Dec. 10 and could struggle to find a full-time role in 2016 if he is unwilling to take a drastic pay cut from his current $7.05 million salary and $9.2 million cap hit. Forte's receiving skills will endear him to a team, but he may be required to share carries.
Fantasy Tip: Forte's hands will keep him in the conversation of starting fantasy running backs in 2016, regardless of where he lands. His 2015 outlook is sound. Expect 102 receptions to be way out of reason, given the change at offensive coordinator, Chicago's addition of RB Jacquizz Rodgers, and the sheer loftiness of last year's ridiculous figure. Forte, entering an age-30 season, is a borderline No. 1 fantasy back. Expect owners to overvalue him based on what he has accomplished rather than what is likely ahead.

Chicago Bears CB Kyle Fuller is the next building block of the Chicago defense, in the eyes of head coach John Fox and defensive coordinator Vic Fangio. "I think he has the right kind of tools to be a guy that can lean into that leader spot as he goes," Fox said.

Fantasy Tip: Thanks to his elite speed and size, it would be easy to view White as simply an outside deep threat. However, it seems like the Bears are looking at moving White around the field. For now, the biggest takeaway is probably that White is set for a sizeable role in Chicago's offense. He is worth a look as a WR5, and he could develop into a weekly starting option by the end of the year.

Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler has some familiarity with offensive coordinator Adam Gase. Gase and Cutler met when Cutler was still an NFL prospect, and Cutler was still with the Denver Broncos when Gase came to Denver. "I feel comfortable with him. We have a good relationship so far and we're just going to keep working to get better," Gase said.
Fantasy Tip: There seems to be some camaraderie developing between Cutler and Gase, if it hasn't already. That can only be a good sign as Cutler and his teammates try to adjust to a new coaching staff. Perhaps that new staff and a familiar offensive coordinator can help Cutler improve on his notorious erratic play. Cutler did throw a career-high 28 touchdowns in 2014, but he's still a QB2 in fantasy football.

Fantasy Tip: White has a good chance to start this season, which would help his fantasy value. White could be an option in the middle rounds of drafts, but owners should not count on him as an every-week starter since he is a rookie.

Fantasy Tip: Langford is likely to see plenty of work on special teams while serving as a reserve in the offense. In standard fantasy leagues he isn't expected to have much appeal unless Matt Forte suffers a long-term injury.

Chicago Bears DT Jeremiah Ratliff pleaded guilty to a 2013 charge of driving while intoxicated Thursday, April 30, and was given a year of probation and fined $750. Ratliff must now submit to any field sobriety test requested by an officer during traffic stops. He has already completed a DWI education course, gone through substance-abuse evaluation and completed 20 hours of community service.

Fantasy Tip: The addition of White gives Cutler plenty of weapons to throw to, but he has been largely inconsistent in the past despite plenty of firepower. Cutler will likely remain a high-risk, high-reward option at FantasyScore in 2015.
