Randy Lange, of the Bergen Record, reports New York Jets CB Rayshun Reed passed the part of the conditioning test Saturday morning, July 29, which he failed Thursday morning, July 27. As a result, head coach Eric Mangini moved Reed from the Jets' physically-unable-to-perform list to the active roster and Reed is expected to participate in this afternoon's single practice on the second day of Jets training camp.

During his press conference, New York Jets head coach Eric Mangini said CB Rayshun Reed does not have an injury. He added that the team uses several tests to determine being physically unable to perform and they didn't pass either test.
