INFs Joshua Wilson and Drew Sutton are likely to replace Wilson as utility infielders until he returns. SS Andrelton Simmons could hang around in camp longer as a result.

Milwaukee Brewers manager Ron Roenicke said Monday, July 18, that he is not ready to bench struggling SS Yuniesky Betancourt, and he was back in the starting lineup Monday after two days off in favor of SS Joshua Wilson. Roenicke said he'll play the hot hand going forward. "Right now, (Wilson) is playing better. I saw Josh a lot when he was with the Mariners," Roenicke said. "Whoever is out there doing well, I'd like them to have the opportunity to play more."
