Jacksonville Jaguars LB Daryl Smith (groin) is eligible to return from the Injured Reserve/Designated to Return list. He has not played this year after aggravating his groin injury in early September, and then mid-October, resulting in surgery. "This is a big week for him. I'd like to think he's going to line up," head coach Mike Mularkey said Tuesday, Dec. 18.
