Thu, 08 Dec 2011 05:50:18 -0800 Los Angeles Dodgers 1B James Loney was arrested after allegedly crashing his car into three other cars and spitting at a police officer. Loney was asked what day it was, to which he replied Saturday, July 15. It was Monday, Nov. 14. Police say Loney exhibited eyelid tremors and his shirt was drenched from perspiration. He was handcuffed and transported to a nearby hospital where he was administered a breathalyzer test. He was uncooperative, biting the mouthpiece off and spitting it back at the cop. Police say Loney got aggressive, so they placed him in arm and leg restraints and a nurse gave him an injection to calm him down. Police say his tests were negative for drugs and alcohol.
