Ryan O'Halloran, of The Washington Times, reports Washington Redskins TE Chris Cooley (ankle) did not participate in practice in Thursday, Nov. 19. His ankle is still in a cast, and he is still using crutches. He will not play in Week 11 but will be evaluated Monday, Nov. 23.

Rick Maese, of The Washington Post, reports Washington Redskins head coach Jim Zorn said TE Chris Cooley (ankle) will be out at least for the next two weeks. He will be evaluated again in about 10 days. Zorn said Cooley will continue to wear a boot for another seven to 10 days.

Jason Reid, of The Washington Post, reports Washington Redskins TE Chris Cooley (ankle) will be re-examined Monday, Nov. 9, after undergoing surgery on his right ankle. "I'm hopeful that I can come back and play," Cooley said. "I still had an inch break in my ankle and it has three screws in it right now, so I'm not really getting around so well. So we'll see what happens." He is currently wearing a walking cast on his right foot, but moved around on crutches earlier this week.
