Tennessee Titans RB Bishop Sankey currently ranks fifth among rookie running backs this year with 360 yards, and he's averaging 3.9 yards per carry, and he has just one carry longer than 20 yards in 92 chances. He had 38 yards on his first nine carries in Week 10 against the Baltimore Ravens, but produced just 20 yards on his final eight carries. Head coach Ken Whisenhunt said the offensive line needs to do a better job of opening up holes for the rookie running back. The team is choosing to use RB Leon Washington in third down situations. "I think Bishop will still get a chance to protect and to catch passes on first and second down," Whisenhunt said. "But one of the things you try to be consistent with is the protection and working together with those things on third down."
Fantasy Tip: Sankey is waiting for his breakout game, and it could come in Week 11 against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday night. However, the O-line must improve, and the rookie is more of a flex option for your FantasyScore lineups.

Tennessee Titans head coach Ken Whisenhunt's and general manager Ruston Webster's jobs are safe, according to chief executive officer Tommy Smith. However, Smith said the team's offensive line might need to be shaken up. "We spent a fortune to build this line," Smith said. "I am committed, I've told the coach, I don't care when someone was drafted or what they're paid, if they're not getting the job done, to get somebody else."

The Tennessee Titans will simplify their offensive scheme, because they are only averaging 15 points a game this season, according to head coach Ken Whisenhunt. "I think that will give us a chance to play faster and a chance to be more effective. Because it's the little details we're making mistakes on. If we can get more reps on it in practice, maybe that will help us be better in the game," Whisenhunt said. Whisenhunt said he expects the offense to make progress as the season goes on.

Tennessee Titans TE Delanie Walker (shoulder) suffered a shoulder injury in the team's Week 3 game. Head coach Ken Whisenhunt will update Walker's condition later in the week.
Fantasy Tip: Walker has played well so far this season and has become a part of the team's passing game. Owners will need to monitor his practice participation before deciding on their Week 4 lineups. Owners on FantasyScore may want to spend their money on healthier options at tight end.

The Tennessee Titans are not eliminating the fullback from their offense, according to head coach Ken Whisenhunt. "We will have a spot for a traditional fullback, maybe 15 to 20 snaps a game,'' Whisenhunt said. "If we get into a situation where we have the lead and we go into a four-minute offense, it will be an integral part of it. Now there may be some games where we don't have a lot of (fullback) snaps, so it will depend."

Tennessee Titans QB Jake Locker has the support of team president Tommy Smith. Smith thinks head coach Ken Whisenhunt will be good for Locker moving forward. "Absolutely. I do like Jake … and I think Ken is going to be very good for Jake. Jake is a competitor. He is a smart guy. I think he has the ability. He is the quarterback. That's what I have told him every time I see him. And that's the way it is."

Tennessee Titans team president Tommy Smith said a decision on RB Chris Johnson's future with the team will come for general manager Ruston Webster and head coach Ken Whisenhunt.

Tennessee Titans president Tommy Smith said the team will be active in free agency in 2014, with general manager Ruston Webster and head coach Ken Whisenhunt trying to find team needs. "I've said before, we're going to be active (in free agency)," Smith said. "We were active last year and where Ruston and Ken see the need and find the talent, we're going to go after it. So within our confines within the salary cap and so forth, we're going to be active."
