New York Giants offensive line coach Pat Flaherty said he believes C David Baas (elbow) and OG Chris Snee (hip) will be ready for the start of training camp. Both players are recovering from offseason surgery.

New York Giants C David Baas (undisclosed), OG Chris Snee (hip), CB Terrell Thomas (knee) and LB Jacquian Williams (knee) did not take part in team drills during organized team activities (OTAs) Wednesday, May 22. They are still rehabbing, and participated only in individual drills.

Updating a previous report, there is no timetable for New York Giants OG Chris Snee (hip) to recover from his hip surgery. Some hip surgeries require up to six to eight months of rehab but Snee's surgery may not have been too serious because he was able to play with it in the Pro Bowl.

The New York Giants have issues with the salary cap heading into 2013, but high-priced veterans C David Baas ($4.25 million), QB Eli Manning ($13 million), FS Antrel Rolle ($7 million) and OG Chris Snee ($6.7 million) are not expected to be cut.
