Tue, 17 Feb 2004 19:40:59 -0800 Cubs.MLB.com's Carrie Muskat reports Chicago Cubs minor league SS Nate Frese (leg, ankle) is out for the year after he broke the fibula in his right leg and dislocated his right ankle in an accident at his Iowa farm. He was apparently hurt in an all-terrain vehicle accident.
