Cara LaBrie of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports P Josmir Romero (minor injuries), a minor league prospect in the Minnesota Twins organization, was injured in a bus accident in Venezuela on Jan. 11. The AP reported Romero suffered minor injuries in the accident, but the team was still trying to determine the exact extent of the injuries, according to Minnesota assistant general manager Bill Smith.
