Free-agent WR Roddy White (Falcons) could draw interest from the Tennessee Titans and Oakland Raiders in addition to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. White has connections with Titans head coach Mike Mularkey and offensive coordinator Terry Robiskie and with Raiders offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave, each of whom used to coach in some capacity in Atlanta.
Fantasy Tip: White definitely has his options open if he wants to reunite with a former coach. Other teams could pursue White, too, obviously, but the Buccaneers, Titans and Raiders seem to make the most sense. His fantasy value won't be the same as it was with the Falcons, but he shouldn't be disregarded either.

Tennessee Titans QB Marcus Mariota will lead what new offensive coordinator Terry Robiskie wants to be a balanced offense next season. Robiskie said the Titans will try to have a balance of run and pass, but that the run-pass ratio would be determined game by game. The new coordinator also said he expects Mariota to make a smooth transition into a redesigned offense, which he promised not to complicate too much for his sophomore quarterback.
Fantasy Tip: Mariota held his own en route to a solid rookie season last year, but it's Robiskie's job to get some semblance of a running game going in Tennessee. Antonio Andrews, Bishop Sankey and David Cobb were far from impressive on the ground, forcing Mariota to put the team on his shoulders all too often. Even with a decent rookie season, Mariota shouldn't be considered a weekly starting fantasy quarterback just yet.
