The Dallas Morning News reports the contract signed by Dallas Cowboys rookie WR Terrance Copper was a three-year deal worth $930,000, including a $10,000 signing bonus. The contract has minimum base salaries of $230,000 (2004), $305,000 (2005) and $385,000 (2006).

Inside the League reports that Kentucky QB Jared Lorenzen (separated shoulder), Arkansas State DT Corey Williams (injured ankle), Mississippi State WR Justin Jenkins and South Florida OLB Maurice Jones (choice) were all late scratches from the Blue-Gray All-Star Classic. Their replacements will be Kentucky DT Jeremy Caudill, Jackson State QB Robert Kent, East Carolina WR Terrance Copper, and Wake Forest OLB Kellen Brantley.
