KFFL has learned the Tennessee Titans made an offer to free agent DT Jeremy Caudill (Colts), according to Caudill's agent, Jeff Chilcoat. However, the offer was made to Caudill when he learned he has a torn meniscus. Caudill is expected to have a 2-to-4 week recovery time. Tennessee is now likely to look in another direction due to the amount of time Caudill will miss.

DT Jeremy Caudill's (University of Kentucky) agent, Jeff Chilcoat, has confirmed to KFFL that Caudill measured in at 6026 and 318 pounds at his school's Pro Day. He was clocked at 4.77 in the 40-yard dash, did 31 bench press reps, had a 30.5" vertical jump and a 9'1" broad jump. He tweaked his hamstring during the workout, which forced him to miss out on doing his pro agility drill and L drill, which he'll complete later in the month during one of his personal workout days.

Inside the League reports that Kentucky QB Jared Lorenzen (separated shoulder), Arkansas State DT Corey Williams (injured ankle), Mississippi State WR Justin Jenkins and South Florida OLB Maurice Jones (choice) were all late scratches from the Blue-Gray All-Star Classic. Their replacements will be Kentucky DT Jeremy Caudill, Jackson State QB Robert Kent, East Carolina WR Terrance Copper, and Wake Forest OLB Kellen Brantley.
