Detroit Tigers manager Jim Leyland discussed a tentative lineup during his press conference Thursday, Jan. 26. He would have OF Austin Jackson leading off, followed by OF Brennan Boesch, 3B Miguel Cabrera, 1B Prince Fielder, OF Delmon Young, C Alex Avila, SS Jhonny Peralta, a combination of OF Andy Dirks, OF Clete Thomas and INF Don Kelly at designated hitter and 2B Ryan Raburn hitting ninth.

Detroit Tigers manager Jim Leyland said all of his players will be available to play in Game 6 of the American League Championship Series Saturday, Oct. 15, including RP Jose Valverde, RP Joaquin Benoit, C Alex Avila (knees), OF Delmon Young (abdomen) and C Victor Martinez (oblique). SP Rick Porcello will be available out of the bullpen, and OF Ryan Raburn and 3B Brandon Inge will be in the starting lineup.

Detroit Tigers OF Ryan Raburn hit a three-run home run in Game 2 of the American League Championship Series Monday, Oct. 10, against the Texas Rangers. His three-run shot was the first three-run homer by a Tigers player in postseason play since OF Magglio Ordonez socked a game-winner in Game 4 of the ALCS against the Oakland Athletics in 2006.
