Red Sox manager Terry Francona is familiar with Dominique from their days together in the Philadelphia Phillies organization. "I've seen him since he's been drafted," said Francona "He's one of the most likable kids, first of all. That doesn't help you get hits, but he's a very likable kid, a very hard worker. He keeps his eyes and his ears open. He'll play first, third and catch. That's going to be kind of his niche."
