The Journal Sentinel reports Green Bay Packers DTs Russell Maryland (back) and Gilbert Brown (knee) continue to miss practice time, but the coaches don't appear to think either injury is serious. DL Matt Keneley has a lower back injury that might be serious.

Packers | Looking For More Space

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports the Green Bay Packers have contacted the agent for DT Russell Maryland to ask him if his client would be willing to restructure his contract. Agent Leigh Steinberg acknowledged the phone call. The team would like to lower Maryland's cap number of $1.95 million. Steinberg said he did not think the Packers were considering cutting Maryland from the roster before Friday. The Packers are working with CB Tyrone Williams and DT Santana Dotson on restructured contracts as well.
