Tampa Bay Rays OF Luke Scott, who played for the Baltimore Orioles from 2008 through 2011, knocked a two-RBI single on Saturday, May 12, his only hit in a 1-for-4 game against the Orioles. Scott now has 24 RBIs this season. He recorded just 22 RBIs in 64 games with Baltimore in 2011.

Tampa Bay Rays OF Luke Scott, who called Fenway Park a "dump" in an interview this weekend, belted a three-run home run to further anger Boston Red Sox fans Saturday, April 14. Scott finished with the homer, a double and four RBIs.

Tampa Bay Rays OF Luke Scott called Fenway Park "a dump" when describing the old ball park. "As a baseball player, going there to work, it's a dump," said Scott. "I mean, it's old. It does have a great feel and nostalgia, but at the end of the day, I'd rather be at a good facility where I can get my work in. A place where I can go hit in the cage, where I have space and it's a little more comfortable to come to work."

Tampa Bay Rays OF Luke Scott (hamstring) is still feeling tightness in his left hamstring, and he said he was 60 percent hitting-wise and only 40 percent running-wise Thursday, April 12.

Tampa Bay Rays OF Luke Scott (hamstring) is calling his hamstring injury "mild," but he's unsure when he will return. An MRI exam showed inflammation and he received a cortisone shot Monday, April 9. Manager Joe Maddon doesn't think Scott will play Tuesday, April 10, or Wednesday, April 11. 2B Jeff Keppinger is serving as the designated hitter Tuesday.
