Duckett because they have several other options to get the job done. "[RB Edgerrin James] and [RB Julius Jones] and [RB Justin Forsett] and our passing game, we'll get it done. It's not always about having a big hammer, it's also about having a guy that kind find the crease," Mora said.

His abilities in picking up the blitz could also help the team in pass protection. The Seahawks have issues on the offensive line, which makes it unreasonable to expect most backs - especially an older one - to flourish behind a struggling line. James, coming from a division rival, seems to be highly motivated after being cast aside by the Arizona Cardinals.

Although Rosenhaus did not reveal the team, he did say that James wants to sign with a team who will provide him with significant playing time. "We will be selective. We want to make sure for Edge that he goes to a good situation. He would like an opportunity to have a significant role and a great opportunity for playing time," Rosenhaus said. "We may wait until right before camp and see what teams have the greatest need. We may wait until during or after camps when teams are dealing with injuries."

Bob McManaman, of The Arizona Republic, reports Arizona Cardinals RB Edgerrin James admitted that had he not received some carries at the tail end of the season after being benched he would have quit on the team and walked away. James didn't play in three games and in four others, had only seven total carries. Until responding with 173 yards his past two games, including a 73-yard effort in the team's playoff game, James has spent much of the season on the sideline. "It was a different world, but you've got to take the good with the bad," James said Tuesday, Jan. 6. "Throughout my career, everything's been easy and finally you get some adversity. Did I deserve that adversity? No, I'll never agree with that. But this is where I'm at and when you sign up to play in the NFL, you've got to take the good with the bad. If it got to the point where I couldn't play, I would have just went home, I would have said '(expletive) it, I ain't going to play then.' But, it never got to that point."

The Arizona Cardinals used a double-headed attack at running back in the team's win over the Atlanta Falcons. RB Edgerrin James led the team with 73 yards on 16 carries, while rookie RB Tim Hightower chipped in six carries for 23 yards and a touchdown. In the past two games, James has rushed 30 times for 173 yards, good for an average of 5.8 yards per carry.

"We spoke with [general manager Rod Graves] because Edgerrin still believes he is a 1,000-yard back and he is healthy and he is still capable of being a 1,000-yard back for a team," Rosenhaus said. Darren Urban, of AZCardinals.com, reports Arizona Cardinals rookie RB Tim Hightower has replaced RB Edgerrin James as the team's starting running back. James was active for the team's Week 9 game but did not see the field. RB J.J. Arrington served as Hightower's backup during the game. "I want to play, but it's not my style (of game), I don't fit the mold," said a disappointed James after the game. He said that he is going to support Hightower. "It is bigger than that, other than that," James said. "It's not so much I can't play, it's more personal."
