Sat, 13 Apr 2013 16:22:48 -0700 The Arizona Diamondbacks have activated OF Cody Ross (calf) from the 15-day disabled list. Fantasy Tip: Ross likely will see regular playing time as long as he does not suffer a setback and should be added to lineups in NL-only and mixed leagues.
Fri, 12 Apr 2013 15:15:54 -0700 Arizona Diamondbacks OF Cody Ross (calf) is set to play for Triple-A Reno Friday, April 12, as his rehab assignment continues. Ross already played six games with Single-A Visalia. SS Didi Gregorius (elbow) is also rehabbing with Reno, and he's gone 3-for-12 in three games as the designated hitter for Reno. Fantasy Tip: Ross should be back with the D-backs very soon. Gerardo Parra should continue to see regular playing time as long as Adam Eaton (elbow) remains on the DL. A.J. Pollock has been hot recently, too, so expect Alfredo Marte to be the biggest loser here. He is a candidate to be sent back to the minors, too. Gregorius has plenty of maturing to do with the bat before Arizona considers him for a call-up. He's probably only an option later in the year in NL leagues if he's brought up.
