Updating previous reports, the Tennessean's Jim Wyatt reports the Tennessee Titans have offered a contract to free agent DL Joe Minucci (Jets). He recently played for the Nashville Kats of the Arena Football League. He is expected to sign in the coming days, but because of NFL rules Minucci will have to first clear waivers before he becomes property of the Titans. He's considered a hard-working player who is projected as an interior defensive lineman in the NFL.

Jim Wyatt, of the Tennessean, reports the Tennessee Titans are considering signing Arena Football League DL Joe Minucci. He played for the Nashville Kats and he recently worked out for the Titans. If the Titans want to sign Minucci, first he'll have to pass through waivers of every NFL team. An NFL rule prohibits Arena players from signing with their hometown NFL team without clearing all waivers.
