Washington Nationals 1B Michael Aubrey hit his first four homers of the season in his first four at-bats Saturday, May 14, in a game for Triple-A Syracuse. He joined Gene Locklear as the only player in Syracuse history with a four-homer game. "It's pretty awesome," Aubrey said. "The pitching coach (Greg Booker) came down to tell me. He said, 'You're only the second guy to do this here.' It's definitely good to make the record books."

The Washington Nationals reassigned Ps J.D. Martin, Luis Atilano and Josh Wilkie; Cs Carlos Maldonado and Jhonathan Solano; IF Michael Aubrey and Kevin Barker and OFs Jeff Frazier and Jonathan Van Every to Triple-A Syracuse Friday, March 11, according to The Washington Post's Adam Kilgore. Ps Garrett Mock and Adam Carr were also optioned to Syracuse.

The Washington Nationals re-signed RP Joe Bisenius and SS Brian Bixler and signed free-agent 1B Michael Aubrey (Orioles) to minor league deals Monday, Dec. 20, according to The Sports Network.

Baltimore Orioles OF Luke Scott or 3B Jake Fox could be called on to play first base for the remainder of the season if 3B Ty Wigginton is traded, according to The Baltimore Sun's Dan Connolly. The team does not think 1B Brandon Snyder is ready for the big leagues. 1Bs Michael Aubrey or Rhyne Hughes could also be recalled if 3B Ty Wigginton is traded.
