Colts.com reports it appears MLB Rob Morris (concussion) may be able to return for this weekend's game. Morris may have to pass a neuro-psychological test to be allowed to play Sunday. CB Jeff Burris (concussion) is in the same situation as Morris. OLB Mike Peterson (knee) will work out early in the week to determine his ability to play Sunday. DE Brad Scioli (ankle) and WR Terrence Wilkins (hamstring) will be listed as doubtful for Sunday. DB Rodregis Brooks (rotator cuff) is questionable and DT Christian Peter (neck burner) is uncertain for Sunday.

The Indianapolis Star reports Indianapolis Colts CB Nick Harper's (leg) status for tonight's game remains unknown after he suffered an injury to his right leg in Saturday's practice. CB Rodregis Brooks likely will play left corner in the nickel and dime if Harper is out.

Mike Chappell reports for the Indianapolis Star that Indianapolis Colts RB Edgerrin James made a few friendly wagers with teammates over the World Series. After James lost, he owed LB Sam Sword $500 and DB Rodregis Brooks $100. He paid up on time, dragging in two buckets full of pennies. "I pay on time," James said while noting it usually takes them a couple days to pay him.

FB Jim Finn saw limited work in practice Friday and he remains questionable for Sunday. He looks like he will be a game-time decision.

The Indianapolis Star reports Indianapolis Colts QB Peyton Manning (knee), DEs Chad Bratzke (ribs) and Lionel Barnes (knee), WR Reggie Wayne (ankle), RB Lennox Gordon (ribs), and CBs Raymond Walls (hamstring) and Rodregis Brooks (ankle) all will miss tonight's pre-season game. DT Ellis Johnson and RB Kevin McDougal are expected to play. Backup QB Mark Rypien will make his first start in place of Manning. Rypien's last start came on December 24, 1995, with the St. Louis Rams.

Mike Chappell reports for the Sporting News three injured Indianapolis Colts rookies from last season are in various states of recovery from their injuries. MLB Rob Morris' rehabilitation from a torn quadriceps tendon in his right leg is progressing nicely and he will be ready for training camp. CB Rodregis Brooks is expected to participate fully in the team's off-season program after suffering a back injury during his rookie training camp. He will be looked upon to provide depth at cornerback, if healthy. DL Rob Renes also missed last season with a back injury and his status isn't as certain as additional medical evaluations are required. Also, the team hopes DE Shawn King can win the starting left defensive end job.
