Carrasco, according to Jenifer Langosch of MLB.com. The Pirates also received $3 million to help pay for Snyder's salary.

"Yeah, I'd like to have an opportunity to go and play in the postseason and play with a contender," Carrasco said. "I'm not getting any younger. That window gets a little smaller as you get older. At the same time, hopefully it could help the Pirates build if they can get what they need from me."
