Milwaukee Brewers 2B Rickie Weeks (hand) could return to the lineup Tuesday, May 15. "He probably wanted to play today but he's not 100%," said Roenicke. "He may not be 100 percent tomorrow but he's going to be pretty close. I thought one more day, just talking with (trainer) Dan Wright, is a better way to do it," manager Ron Roenicke said.

Milwaukee Brewers 2B Rickie Weeks (hand) is out of the lineup for the third straight game Monday, May 14, after being hit by a pitch on his left hand. He took swings off an indoor tee and felt it was better to rest one more day.

Milwaukee Brewers 2B Rickie Weeks (hand) was hit on the left hand by a pitch from Chicago Cubs RP Lendy Castillo in the bottom of the 13th inning Friday, May 11. Weeks remained in the game and eventually scored the winning run but he was not in the starting lineup Saturday, May 12. X-rays were negative and he is listed as day-to-day.

Milwaukee Brewers 2B Rickie Weeks will remain in the lineup despite hitting just .168 with three home runs and six RBIs this year. His 37 strikeouts ties him with two others for the lead in the National League, but he is third in the NL with 21 walks. Manager Ron Roenicke said Weeks recently made a mechanical adjustment with his hands.
