Milwaukee Brewers 2B Rickie Weeks batted fourth again Tuesday, April 16, and he has no intention of asking for anything different. He entered the game Tuesday against the San Francisco Giants with just one hit and 14 strikeouts in 26 at-bats over the past six games, five of them batting cleanup. "You can't do that right now," Weeks said. "We're trying to win games, and I'm not the one to make excuses or anything like that."

Fantasy Tip: Weeks remains a must-start in NL-only fantasy leagues based upon his potential, and what he has done in the past. As far as mixed play, if you have steadier options, it's a good idea to use them until Weeks finds his hitting shoes again.

Milwaukee Brewers 2B Rickie Weeks was hitless in four at-bats Sunday, April 14, against the St. Louis Cardinals, completing a 1-for-21 road trip.

Fantasy Tip: Despite the struggles at the plate, Weeks remains a must-start in all NL-only fantasy leagues. However, if you have more consistent alternatives in mixed fantasy play, it might be a good idea to send Weeks to the bench.

Milwaukee Brewers 2B Rickie Weeks has shown more patience recently, and it's paying off; he's hit .285 with 11 home runs and 85 RBIs in his last 72 games to raise his average to .230. Manager Ron Roenicke said Weeks has been laying off breaking pitches low in the zone. Weeks hit two home runs Wednesday, Sept. 5. Roenicke also said Weeks has been fully healthy during his turnaround.
