New York Yankees RP Pedro Feliciano (shoulder) is optimistic that he will return to pitch this year, perhaps by sometime in September. However, he said "it's going to be tough" to return from rotator cuff surgery. He is currently throwing from 90-100 feet and hopes to move to 120 feet on flat ground.
