The Tennessean reports the Tennessee Titans have shown interest in free agent WR Charles Lee (Cardinals), according to Lee's agent, Richard De Luca. However, De Luca said his client was already aboard a plane headed to Chicago to visit the Bears. "By the time (Lee) called me back late in the day he was on a plane to Chicago," De Luca said. "I felt bad. When (Titans general manager Floyd Reese) called earlier in the day they could've had him. I hadn't spoken to the Bears yet. … In all honesty, though, the situation might be better in Chicago because of injuries there."

The Tennessean reports Richard De Luca, the agent for free agent WR Charles Lee (Cardinals), said his client is traveling to Chicago to meet with the Bears and discuss their void at the position. De Luca said the Tennessee Titans were interested in conducting a workout with his client as well. "But by the time (Lee) called me back late in the day he was on a plane to Chicago," De Luca said. "I felt bad. When (Titans general manager Floyd Reese) called earlier in the day they could've had him. Odeen Domingo, of the Arizona Republic, reports a sideline argument with special teams coach Kevin O'Dea Sunday, Oct. 23, may have cost former Arizona Cardinals WR Charles Lee his job. Lee also committed two 10-yard penalties on punt returns. Lee's agent, Richard De Luca, emphasized that Lee talked to O'Dea on Monday and their relationship is fine. "I guess Denny (coach Dennis Green) didn't appreciate one of his players talking back to one of his coaches," De Luca said by phone. "Everyone makes a mistake or two. He was their fourth receiver, and he played all the (special) teams for them."

AzCardinals.com reports Arizona Cardinals head coach Dennis Green said the team is looking for their No. 4 and No. 5 wide receiver and with WR Anquan Boldin out for a while he's looking for the team's other wide receivers to step up. "We know who are top three are, we just don't know about four and five," said Green. "It's going to probably be the guys who can be more consistent. There is a lot of competition and today WR Charles Lee looked like he could easily be the guy to step in at that position, but you have to do it on a consistent basis."

The St. Petersburg Times reports agent Richard De Luca believes the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are probably set at wide receiver so it appears his client, free agent WR Charles Lee (Buccaneers), will look for a new team. "We haven't spoken with the Bucs in a while, and after they got WR Ike Hilliard, I'd assume they're pretty much set at the position," said De Luca. The agent said Lee could make some free agent visits this week.

Roy Cummings, of the Tampa Tribune, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Charles Lee is upset at his lack of playing time. He was inactive for Week 12 and said Wednesday, Nov. 24, he will try to speak to head coach Jon Gruden about the situation. "It's not injuries," Lee said. "I feel fine. If I was out there and not doing what I needed to be doing as far as being on top of my mental assignments as well as the physical assignments - blocking and catching. I mean, I could see it if I was just out there making mistakes, not catching the ball. But it's at the point now where, why isn't this guy playing, but there's no answers for me."

However, Lee is expected to play in the Sunday, Oct. 3, game against the Denver Broncos, as long as he gets through practice Thursday, Sept. 30, and Friday, Oct. 1, without doing further damage.

Buccaneers.com reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Jon Gruden believes WR Charles Lee (hamstring) will be able to play in Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks. "Charles Lee, we think, will be well enough to play this week," said Gruden. "Obviously, he becomes a vital part of our offense, which is good. He's a good player; he proved that last year." Lee was placed on the inactive list for Week 1, but the team will need him to step up in the wake of WR Joey Galloway (groin) being sidelined with a groin injury.

"He's going to come back out tomorrow (Wednesday, Aug. 18) and go through the individual work and see how it feels," said Gruden of Lee. "That will be the first step towards getting back out on the field. Hopefully for the Miami game he'll be able to do some things and possibly play." Lee had been sidelined with a serious hamstring injury.
