Glenn was picked up on charges of driving while intoxicated and having possession of marijuana. Since his release from the Dallas Cowboys in 2008, Glenn has been arrested multiple times.
Wed, 06 Jan 2010 18:05:38 -0800 Steve Thompson, of The Dallas Morning News, reports former NFL WR Terry Glenn has been arrested in Irving, Texas, on a charge of auto theft, according to court records. Glenn was booked into the Irving jail Tuesday, Jan. 5, and he was released early Wednesday, Jan. 6. Glenn's attorney, Luis Vera, said the matter stemmed from a dispute over a vehicle Glenn rented. Vera said Glenn never should have been arrested. Glenn rented the car after his Bentley was crashed. Vera added that the car company had Glenn's credit card and could have charged whatever was owed.

The delay gives Glenn more time to get into better condition, and it gives the Dolphins more time to evaluate their current receivers. Glenn has not been brought in for a workout and the team does not have one scheduled.

Glenn would not be paid his entire $1.7 million salary if he hurt his right knee again. According to ESPN's Ed Werder, Jones has not told Glenn if he should report to training camp or expect to be released. Glenn said Jones holds the key to the whole situation. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Fri, 25 Jul 2008 09:30:31 -0700 Calvin Watkins, of The Dallas Morning News, reports the Dallas Cowboys are expected to make a decision on the fate of WR Terry Glenn Friday, July 25. Glenn did not join the team for the start of training camp, but he is being counted on the roster. Glenn has refused to agree to a split salary that would give him $500,000 should he re-injure his right knee and cost him the rest of the season. Glenn missed 15 games of the 2007 season because of two surgeries to the knee.
