Although McNabb only has two interceptions on the season, Frazier feels McNabb has played too cautious. McNabb has averaged just 170 passing yards per game. "He's done a great job of not turning the ball over, which is a big deal because of the way we play," Frazier said. "It's one of the reasons we've been in these games the way we have. Frazier said he's not leaning any particular way. "It's kind of a matter of who's available," Frazier said. "And we need to find a guy who we can build around. That would be the ideal situation." Frazier added, however, that he does like Webb. "But if Joe Webb can be that guy, it'll be Joe Webb," Frazier said. "We like Joe; we like some of the things he did at the end of last season. We're going to give him a chance to compete for that starting job as well. It's open. We hope to have a young guy, and maybe a veteran guy. But it's going to be open competition."
