According to the Journal Sentinel, Green Bay Packers rookie QB Craig Nall will be given a shot to win the team's No. 2 QB slot. "Obviously, that's what you're shooting for," coach Mike Sherman said. "But that's a long jump." The team's other QBs are Josh Heupel and current No. 2 Doug Pederson. Offensive coordinator Tom Rossley feels Nall has a much stronger arm, quicker feet and a more durable body than Heupel.

Associated Press reports the Miami Dolphins have filed grievance with the NFLPA and are asking Josh Heupel to repay about $83,000 in signing bonus, training camp pay and base salary for the two games he was on injured reserve for. Heupel has also filed grievance and is asking for $107,000 in base salary for the 16 weeks he wasn’t with the team for.
