Reds | No. 1 Pick Gruler Lost For Year

The AP reports SP Chris Gruler (shoulder), a top pitching prospect in the Cincinnati Reds’ organization, is out for the year following arthroscopic shoulder surgery Monday. He will miss 9-to-12 months after having a torn labrum and torn rotator cuff repaired in his right arm.
