Seahawks head coach Jim Mora said Wahle plans to hang up the cleats "for the time being" and spend more time with his family.

"I've noticed here that they have some different philosophies regarding cutbacks and things that they want their running backs to do, so you have to be cognizant of that," Whale said. "If you have a toss play, you might have to block it a different way than you might have before, just because they're looking for that cutback. That part of it you have to get hip to, and you have to learn the running style of the running back who is in the game. I need to take some time and watch a little extra film."
