The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports the St. Louis Rams waived QB Kirk Farmer on Tuesday, Sept. 9. Martz isn't ruling out bringing Farmer back. "You've got to remember where both (Rams QBs) Marc (Bulger) and Kurt (Warner) were at that age," Martz said of Farmer. "It's amazing how far those two have come and who knows what Kirk is going to be like? I would not say he can't make it or won't be a good one."

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports St. Louis Rams rookie QB Kirk Farmer has had some trouble in training camp. Workouts on Friday, July 25, were the first time that Farmer didn't get booted out of the huddle. Head coach Mike Martz kicked him out of the huddle two times in the first three practices and went as far to say, "You stink," to Farmer.
