Baltimore Ravens DT Cedric Hilliard will play for the Frankfurt Galaxy of NFL Europe this spring, reports Adam H. Beasley of BaltimoreRavens.com. Hilliard was the 11th player taken overall in the 2005 NFL Europe Draft, which was held Friday, Feb. 11.
