Former Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio said he never lost the locker room this season and that players continued to play hard under him. "We never gave in to that, the players never gave in to that. I think when you look at the way the team is fighting, competing, you really should be proud of that. No one likes to lose," Del Rio said.

Former Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio wasn't liked inside the team's facility the past couple of years, and there were many inside who felt once Del Rio got paid his big contract he lost the zest for being a head coach. According to sources, Del Rio was coming into the office later in the mornings most days and leaving early, which rubbed his staff the wrong way. It also rubbed the front office the wrong way.
