Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports after replacing San Francisco 49ers WR Arland Bruce at the punt return position in the second half of the Sunday, Sept. 7 game against the Chicago Bears, 49ers CB Jimmy Williams fumbled away his second try. Bruce might be a little too shaky to put back there on punt returns. He fumbled one punt, dropped another at his feet and bobbled one before latching onto it.
