Updating previous reports, San Francisco 49ers WR Terrell Owens (collarbone) will be placed on injured reserve after suffering a broken left collarbone in Sunday's, Dec. 21, game against the Philadelphia Eagles. He is expected to be back to 100 percent in three to four months. WR James Jordan will be activated to 53-man roster to take Owens' spot. With Owens out, the 49ers are expected to start WR Cedrick Wilson, with WR Brandon Lloyd also being utilized in a three-wide receiver rotation.
