Joe Menzer, of the Winston-Salem Journal, reports the number one trait special teams coach Danny Crossman is looking for in a punter this season is consistency. "We have three different kinds of guys. We have a veteran (in Rouen) who has done it a long time in this league and two young guys - one who is exclusively a punter (Cheek) and one in Jason Baker who can also kick off. Between the three of them, we think we have a good mix. Now the most important thing is who can consistently deliver the ball down the field."
