The New York Giants have announced they have signed LB Josh Hotchkiss and allocated him to NFL Europe. He was originally signed by the Giants on April 30, 2002. He was then waived/injured on August 26.

Giants.com reports the team has signed undrafted free agent QB John Welsh from the University of Idaho and LB Josh Hotchkiss of Western State College in Colorado. They officially released QB Ed Collins of Montclair State, DB Ronnie Hamilton of Duke and OT Michael Curry of Hofstra.
