CBC Sports reports former NFL DE Ron Warner has once again decided to play in the CFL, after a six-year absence. He has signed a contract with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Most recently, he played for the Washington Redskins in 2004.

Jason La Canfora, of the Washington Post, reports restricted free agent DE Ron Warner said he expects to re-sign with the Washington Redskins. Warner, who has recently hired a new agent, is currently workout out at the team's practice facility. "I love being here," Warner said. "I love my teammates."

David Elfin, of the Washington Times, reports Washington Redskins DL Ron Warner will revert to his restricted free agent status after originally being considered an exclusive rights free agent by the team. Warner now has until April 15 to sign an offer sheet with another club, which Washington would have a week to match.
