Fri, 30 Dec 2011 02:19:55 -0800 The Winnipeg Free Press reported that former Texas Rangers P Rosman Garcia, died in a car accident in his native Venezuela on Thursday, Dec. 29. Garcia, 32, played for the Rangers in 2003. He had been playing for a Venezuelan team, the Aragua Tigers. Team spokesman Manuel Rodriguez said in a Twitter message that Garcia was killed when has car skidded off the road and hit a tree while driving home after a game. KFFL sends its condolences.
