"I've gotten faster and I really worked on my hands and getting off the jam," Coleman said. Coleman would ideally like to contribute in the return game. "With Antonio Brown there, it's a tough spot to get right now," Coleman said. "I did return last year in preseason. I just hope to get another opportunity at that."

Megan Cross, of BuffaloBills.com, reports Buffalo Bills WR Clarence Coleman is prepared for the opportunity to play a larger role on offense now that starting WR Eric Moulds (groin) is listed as doubtful for Week 6. If Moulds is unable to play Sunday, Oct. 12, then Coleman believes he will step up his game along with the remaining receivers. "I'm Eric's back up just in case he goes down," Coleman said. "There's no telling if I'll play or not. If Eric can't play we are not even going to worry about it because we have receivers to back him up, that's our role. It might take three of us to replace him but that's our job."

Allen Wilson, of the Buffalo News, reports Buffalo Bills WR Clarence Coleman's early success has vaulted him up the Bills' depth chart. He's currently second to Bills WR Eric Moulds at the No. 1 receiver position and has gotten a lot of snaps with the first-team offense when the Bills go to four-wide-receiver formations. He has also earned praise for playing despite being hurt. Coleman (hip) suffered a badly bruised hip Saturday, Aug. 16 in the pre-season game against the Tennessee Titans, but has not missed a single snap in practice this week.
