Updating previous items, the Associated Press reports the New York Yankees finalized a minor league deal with IF/OF Damian Rolls Friday, Jan. 28, that will pay him $600,000 if he is added to the big league roster. Rolls appeared at six different positions in 2004 while with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays: first, second, third and all three outfield spots.
