The Milwaukee Brewers activated OF Corey Hart (oblique) from the disabled list Tuesday, April 26, after IF Erick Almonte (concussion) was placed on the seven-day disabled list after being hit in the forehead by a thrown ball during batting practice. The team was planning on waiting until Wednesday, April 27, to activate Hart.
