ESPN.com reports the Los Angeles Dodgers reassigned RP Doug Nickle to Triple-A Las Vegas.

The AP is reporting the Chicago White Sox acquired P Scott Schoeneweis and P Doug Nickle from the Anaheim Angels for P Gary Glover, P Scott Dunn and P Tim Bittner. Schoeneweis made 47 starts the previous two years but was used exclusively in relief this season. He is 1-1 with a 3.96 ERA in 39 appearances this season.
