Curt Sylvester, of the Detroit Free Press, reports Detroit Lions FB Stephen Trejo (foot), who plays on special teams, suffered a broken bone in his foot during Sunday's, Oct. 26, game against the Chicago Bears. Trejo, however, finished the game. His status has yet to be determined for this week's game against the Oakland Raiders.

DetroitLions.com reports Detroit Lions head coach Marty Mornhinweg is impressed with the team’s depth at running back and liked what he has seen from RBs James Stewart, Lamont Warren and Aveion Cason. In addition to Stewart, Warren and Cason, the team has RBs Luke Staley, James Mungro and Stephen Trejo. Mornhinweg said Trejo is expected to play at fullback this year, but could play at tight end if it is necessary.
