Tigers | Jeremy Bonderman comes full circle

Sun, 04 Aug 2013 18:23:01 -0700

The Detroit Tigers purchased the contract of P Jeremy Bonderman from Triple-A Toledo Sunday, Aug. 4. "He's pitched very well," general manager Dave Dombrowski said. "He's consistently throwing strikes. His velocity has been solid. It's continued to increase. He's had good movement. His slider's been good. He's actually been throwing some changeups. He's quicker to the plate than he used to be."

Fantasy Tip: Despite the fact he looked so good for the Mud Hens, he isn't worth a look in anything but the deepest of AL-only rotisserie fantasy leagues.
